Here's a Pingviini ice cream brand's pennon from the 90s. You must know this mascot by now – we've covered tons of different merch about this penguin over the years. The brand almost as old as ice cream in Finland as now owned by Froneri Finland – but in the 90s it was still owned by the brand creator Valio.

The pennon says 'It is me, hi!'. I'm pretty sure this for out-door kiosks and the like to advertise that the Pingviini ice cream is sold there.

Though I've had this for multiple decades, I have forgotten to feature it because it is so part of my scenery. See, if you wonder why the lighting is odd in these shots, it's because this pennon is attached to the main beam of the floor lamp I use to bounce-light my 'developer dungeon'. You know, the lamp I that is the first thing I reach for the first thing in the morning – and the last thing in the evening.
