Since I've been lately back into the world of penguin themed music, I did another casual hop-around all over the net to see what's out there. And the immediately I stumbled on this one, I had to find a copy for my collection.

Behold; The Attack of the Killer Penguins by Gareth Roberts Quintet. Before I get into the album itself, I'll just let you to admire the glorious cover art for a while.

Still here? Good. Gareth Roberts Quintet is exactly what it says; a jazz-quintet headed by the trombonist Gareth Roberts. It is absolutely delightful, big-band-style music, ranging from more down-to-earth all the way to the bouncy, cartoon-like title track.

Sadly the album is sold out in physical form, but is available online both on YouTube, SoundCloud and Spotify.
