Time for the last Space Penguins book! Well, the last physical one.

The seventh book is called Black Hole Battle! and, naturally, comes from the writer Lucy Courtenay and the illustrator James Davies. This time, the ever-adventurous penguin crew of the starship Tunafish investigates a distress call from a luxury star cruiser. Upon arrival, they find the cruiser completely abandoned, adrift near a black hole. An investigation and – naturally – hijinks and having fun with genre cliches ensue!

Not only are the books a fun read for all ages, I also can't get over how great the art and the covers are. Especially in paperback form the series looks stunning, coming across like a penguin-themed pulp-sci-fi series from a parallel past:
